Talk about coincidences! Not nice. Especially as he was just two stings from a REALLY bad situation. &#8220;One sting go to a pharmacy\/doctor. Two stings straight to hospital. Three stings or more call the undertaker!&#8221; \u00a0Greg&#8217;s own words!!! \u00a0Thoughtfully, he managed to get a photo of the nest for me!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-100\" src=\"https:\/\/tappstravels.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/IMG_2080-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tappstravels.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/IMG_2080-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/tappstravels.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/IMG_2080.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Fore-warned is fore-armed! \u00a0We will have to be careful as we pass Le Logeo Port. \u00a0But that&#8217;ll not be for a few days yet. \u00a0Hopefully, the authorities will have dealt with the nest by then. Well done Greg &#8211; he staggered to the port operative selflessly to report it before heading to the pharmacy.<\/p>\n<p>We re-found one of the rocks we practised on before our Kimbrley trip a couple of years ago. \u00a0 The guideline was that we were supposed to be able to scramble over one metre high boulders. \u00a0At the time &#8211; as I recall &#8211; we couldn&#8217;t even get onto it &#8211; never mind over it! \u00a0It&#8217;s listed on the map as the &#8220;Yellow Menhir&#8221;. \u00a0To me it look a bit like a metre high rock covered in yellow lichen&#8230; \u00a0We didn&#8217;t even try climbing it this time!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-101\" src=\"https:\/\/tappstravels.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/20180903_122829-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tappstravels.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/20180903_122829-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/tappstravels.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/20180903_122829-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/tappstravels.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/20180903_122829-1024x576.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We passed lots more pretty little coves and beaches. \u00a0One of these was covered in coffee beans. \u00a0Well, strictly speaking, &#8220;covered&#8221; is a bit of an exaggeration. The landward side is pitted with many little craters. My guess is that it was used as a target &#8211; or possibly something much worse &#8211; in the war, and that these are indeed bullet holes.
